Question 1

How is Aura different from affiliate links?

Accepted Answer

Affiliate links only track what happens online, like clicks and web checkouts. Aura tracks in-person sales too, and ties each one back to the creator who drove it, so creators finally get paid for the real-world visits they send to a business.

Question 2

What is a card-linked offer?

Accepted Answer

Members link a card to Aura once. When they pay at a partner in person, the visit is recognized and rewarded automatically, with no coupons, promo codes, or screenshots.

Question 3

Does my business need new hardware or an app?

Accepted Answer

No new hardware and nothing to install. Sales are recognized through the card a member has already linked, so you keep using the setup you have today.

Question 4

When does a brand pay?

Accepted Answer

Only on trackable sales. You set the reward, and you pay a share of the sales a campaign actually drives, not for impressions or clicks.

Question 5

What do members get?

Accepted Answer

Members earn points for shopping with partner brands and restaurants, then redeem them for exclusive rewards and experiences like backstage access, private events, and presale tickets.
